We apply the principles of one-on-one personal training in our small group sessions. Our packages include an unlimited amount of sessions weekly where you choose the time & day! Our sessions are 45-50 minutes long and include warm-up & cool-down.
Our Regular Classes:
Interval Cardio: Aerobics style cardio just doesn't cut it when you have goals to reach! We use short bursts of high impact movements that guarantees to keep your heart rate up while burning major calories, working the lung tissues and heart muscles. We PROMISE you'll be sweating buckets!
Total Body Conditioning: This is classic strength training in all its glory. With structured repetitions, sets and compound movements your muscles will be stimulated, toned and defined in no time.
BOOTCAMP: This mixed cardio/strength class focuses on delivering a challenging and timed head to toe workout using non-traditional moves and circuit training without the worry of mother nature getting in the way! Throw in the occasional obstacle course and relay and your body won't know what hit it!
Hangover Cure: Hangover? Not a requirement! Inspired by some of our clients (who shall remain nameless!) who had a little bit too much fun and needed burn off some calories after a night out! Follow our lead to a little bit of this, a little bit of that to sweat out the toxins. Trust us - it works!
Pilates/Pilates BOOTCAMP: Two different types of Pilates offering a killer workout by centering the body through the development of the abdominal muscles, encouraging you to work from within and is excellent for flexibility and overall body conditioning.
Hatha Flow Yoga: Using postures (asana) and breath (pranayama) this Hatha Flow class will increase your energy, calm your mind, strengthen your body and leave you feeling strong, open and aligned. Hatha Flow promotes whole body awareness and connection on and off the mat! This class is suitable for all levels.

Kickboxing: Simply stated you'll be kicking and boxing in intervals of high energy, butt kicking, stress relieving fun! We provide gloves and pads so all you need to do is bring your A-game!
Glutes & Abs: All we have to say is burning muscles! Specifically targeting your abdominal & butt muscles! Questions?
Bellydancing Inspired Strength Training: This session is exhilarating and empowering to all women! Inspired by the Middle Eastern dance in which the dancer makes sensuous movements of the hips and abdomen integrated with strengthening moves. Scared? Don’t be, if we can do it, you can too!
Zumba: Zumba is a Latin/international dance-inspired aerobic fitness class for everyone, you don't need to know how to dance, just be willing to move!
Skip & Sculpt: Skipping isn't just for kids! Experience intervals of skipping and traditional strength training moves to get optimal fat burning potential!
Hip Hop Cardio: A session so fun you won't even know you're working out! Two left legs? We feel your pain - so we've made sure that anyone and everyone will be able to follow along and sweat it out. As a bonus you can feel confident the next time you're out dancing - bust out those moves!
TGIF: Thank Goodness I'm FIT!! This session is a fun friday afternoon workout that incorporates cardio and strength training with bodyweight exercises, bands, weights and whatever else we come up with! It will be a great way to start your weekend.
HITKICK Cardio: Enjoy an advanced exhilarating cardiovascular conditioning class that was designed to challenge your endurance and respiratory system as well as your mental strength to push through the set! The sets are longer, more repetitive and steady with less breaks. Get ready to sweat!
Kettlebell: This powerful training tool is used for multi-joint movements requiring full body integration and core strength. By challenging your muscular, cardiovascular and CNS simultaneously you'll experience increased strength, stamina and coordination.
Cardio Core: This cardio workout is not like our famous Interval Cardio. Cardio Core focuses on training your cardiovascular system using full body compound movements with abdominal work in between to keep the heart rate up. It's cardio in disguse so you won't even know you're doing it!
Restorative Yoga: This class is designed to actiavte the parasympathetic nervous system (relaxation response). De-stress and breathe into gravity’s pull in aligned and supported asanas (postures). Yoga props such as: blosters, blocks, belts, blankets, will help to support the body for optimal alignment. In addition this class includes personalized hands on adjustments for safety. It will deepen your yoga practice to promote ease, pain-management, release, breath, awareness, and mindfulness. This practice is suitable to for injury, stress, and release any sense of stagnation.
All of our sessions are available to any of our clients. Fitness level, abilities and any limitations will be evaluated during registration so we can modify any session to meet your needs! All fitness levels, ages, and interests are welcome!
