Client agrees to accurately and honestly complete health history and will notify UPF of any health changes at any time.
Will comply with the current class schedule and payment policies.
If late, the class will start promptly and end promptly as scheduled.
You are welcome to book as many classes as you like, however you are responsible for managing them and cancelling or rescheduling up until the day of - then you'll have to phone or email us to make a change.
Cancellation Policy: Must give us at least three (3) hours' notice during regular business hours to ensure your request is received.
May be subject to a minimal fee of $5 if cancellation policy is not followed. Future classes may not be attended until all fees are settled.
Reminder, our cancellation policy is always in effect; we need at least 3 hours' notice during regular business hours or there is a $5 fee charged before you can participate in your next class. Do not book classes to hold a spot with the intention to just cancel if you need to, this is not fair to other clients. We monitor this activity and will remove scheduling privileges from your account if necessary.
Packages are paid in full in advance by cash, personal cheques, interact, Mastercard or Visa. Fees are non-refundable after five (5) days.
All packages are subject to 13% HST tax.
UPF is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
UPF is closed for all statutory holidays.
UPF reserves the right to close on any other day, for any period of time with ample notice to the clients.
Must use clean shoes (indoor shoes) in the studios. Clients may be asked not to participate at the trainer's discretion.
UPF may provide one (1) small towel per person per day for regular monthly clients. This is not a requirement and UPF reserves the right to revoke this privilege at any time.
UPF can provide large towels for showers at a fee of $2 per towel.
UPF does not put packages on hold due to illness or injury. if an injury or illness lasts for a substantial amount of time UPF requires doctor'sdocumentation and will deal with each client on an individual basis.
UPF does not allow any holds or extensions for Matinee or one (1) month packages.
UPF allocates a maximum of a one (1) week extension of a client’s 3 month package for personal and business travel upon client inquiries.
UPF allocates a maximum of a two (2) week extension of a client’s 6 month package for personal and business travel upon client inquiries.
UPF allocates a maximum of two (2) weeks per 6 months in the year for a client’s twelve (12) months package for personal and business travel upon client inquiries.
