February: Cardio Core – That’s right, MORE cardiovascular work sandwiched by abdominal isolation. We will crunch, pulse, lift legs and everything else in between. You might want to bring a bigger sweat towel for this one :
March: On The Balls – Using stability balls we focus on new exercises with movements that will build endurance, improve core strength, balance and duhhh stability! Our pink balls are the perfect accessory for a tighter core and leaner muscles to go with the changing season.
April: "Glute"CAMP! – We have bootcamp and now we are doing "glute"camp! Your derrière is going to school - focusing on glutes, quads, hamstrings, adductors and abductors with means by the end of the month she'll be bringing home straight As!
May: Ultimate Challenge –We push you according to your own level of fitness - literally! Because we know YOU and your limits and capabilities everyone's going to have an individual goal and we will be pushing you mentally as well as physically. Be prepared!
June: ZUMBA – Zumba is a Latin/International dance-inspired aerobic fitness class for everyone! You don't need to know how to dance and coordination is not a pre-requisite - you just need to be willing to move and have fun doing it!
